so, god forbid, we wake up tomorrow, or next month or next year, and north korea has bombed Seoul off the map. maybe a Chinese city, or a Japanese one.
someone finally did it after decades of cold war.
what do you do?
not 'you' the rest of the world, international outrage, sanctions, ground war, all out global thermonuclear war (ffs, how about a game of tic-tac-toe, instead?)
I mean, I get up see that on the news and what? go off to work as normal? start stockpiling the cans and water? turn my little spare cash into crossbows and hunker down?
I mean really, what would you do, in an everyday way? because its so very far away right?
we got a bank holiday for a royal wedding, and gave 2 minutes silence for victims of a tragic fire, do you think we'd get a day off for impending doom? would the government recommend we stay home?
sometimes I think it was easier in the olden days. we knew nuclear war was coming, and we knew we had 8 minutes warning to get home, barricade the windows and slowly await out death by radiation poisoning/post apocalyptic nuclear winter savagery if you were an unlucky survivor.
When the AH in charge at the North American end makes the AH at the other end look almost sane it gets bloody scary dont it! Aint bugger all we minions can do about it so should not worry about it but its bloody hard not to! Seems to me its not so much the weapons that need removing so much as those controlling em......
PS A bloody flashlight n a candle aint gona help much when hunkering down fer months!!!
